What if I want to return all/some of my items?

Postpay does not manage any refunds as we are just an online payment gateway that delivers a “Pay in Installments” solution where you can use and manage your payments. To that note, kindly reach out to Namshi to proceed with the refund process of your items.

Once Namshi has raised a refund request, your Postpay Installment Plan will automatically be updated accordingly and an automated email with the full details will be sent to the registered email on file.
