10. How can I benefit from 5% cashback?

• 5% cashback as Namshi credit on eligible items (for both UAE and KSA-based customers only).
• Namshi credit added as cashback will be valid for 2 months from the date it is credited.
• Cashback will automatically be added to your account as Namshi credit after the return period for items ordered (the return period ends 14 days after an item is delivered).
• Any items that are returned will not be eligible for cashback.
• Only orders placed by Namshi VIP members in UAE and KSA will be eligible for cashback.
