11) How would I move up/down the tier-level like from Silver to Gold or Platinum and vice versa?

Post the new rewards program goes live on 12th Dec and the current tier level is upgraded, there would be no further changes (up or down) in your revised tier level at least for the next 2 months (till Jan'20) as we would be undergoing further changes to our rewards program which would be communicated soon.
