Why am I not able to cancel my order?
You can’t cancel an order that’s already processed or shipped.
Once your order has been shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we can’t stop the delivery. If you no longer wish to receive your order, you can call us for further assistance, or you can choose not to accept the delivery by refusing it when the carrier attempts or calls you for delivery. If you do this, the package will be returned to us. As soon as your package is marked as returned by our carrier partner, you’ll get your refund as below:
- If the order is paid using a prepaid card, the amount will be credited to your Namshi wallet and remain there for 24 hours. If you do not use the amount to place another order within this timeframe, the system will transfer the amount to the source within 5-7 working days.
- If the order is paid using Tabby, the amount will be transferred directly to the Tabby or Tamara account without being credited to your Namshi wallet. The transfer will occur within 24 hours to the Tabby or Tamara account.
- If the order is paid using the Namshi wallet, the amount will be credited to your Namshi wallet, and you will be able to use that amount to place another order.
