One of the item(s) has been canceled from my order, why?

In all likelihood, our aim is to send out each item from your order in a perfect condition and thus we ensure to follow a process of certain quality checks before handing it over to the carrier.

Sometimes, the item or the size you have bought was the last piece we had in our inventory, and during the usual quality checks, it did not go through as it was not in a condition we would want you to have.
