How can I exchange my product size?

We're developing and testing this feature out at the moment and will shortly roll it out to you!

As soon as you create a size change request, we reserve the item you want for yourself.

If the price of the item you’re exchanging has gone up, don’t worry, you won’t have to pay extra to receive it.

If the price of the item you’re exchanging has gone down, we’ll return the extra amount back to you as Namshi credit 

Below are the steps which you need to follow to request for a “size change”:

iOS / Android / Website Exchange process for UAE / ME:
• Click on the ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login
• Click on ‘Click on ‘My Returns / Size Change’
• Click 'Create' and select 'Change your size'
• Select the items you want to exchange
• Select your new size
• Click on 'Proceed'
• Click on ‘Create’ and you’re done!
• Our courier will collect the original items in 1-2 days and your exchange items will be shipped out to you one day after the original goods have been collected!

Exchange process for KSA:
• Click on the ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login
• Click on Click on ‘My Returns / Size Change’
• Click 'Create' and select 'Change your size'
• Select the items you want to exchange
• Select your new size
• Click on 'Proceed'
• Click on ‘Create’ and you’re done!
• Print the Exchange AWB that will be sent to your email address.
• You can either call Aramex to have your item(s) collected OR drop the item(s) to the nearest Aramex Branch with the printed exchange AWB
• Once the items have been picked up and reach our warehouse (usually within 48 to 72 hours); we will ship out your exchange items one day post the same!

Make sure you arrange to have your original items picked up, or, drop them off at the nearest Aramex branch immediately after creating your 'Size change' request. If we don't receive the original items within 2 weeks of your request, we'll have to cancel your request to swap your size 

 

Rules and Conditions for Exchanges:
1. Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
3. It should also be in the same brand box you received.
