Why do we ask for your ID?

 

  • In order to ensure a smooth customs clearance process, we need a copy of your National ID and it can be sent to us via the Contact Us form available on each article within the Help Center.
  • Please note that the name on the ID shared must match the details on your order.
  • Good news is that once you send this information to us, we will not be asking for it again until the validity of the ID is expired.
