I am an international customer, how do I return an item?

• At Namshi, we’re proud to offer a hassle-free returns policy! If you’re not satisfied with an item you ordered, you can return it within 14 days of the date of delivery
• Just make sure that the items you want to return are in their original condition with the tag still attached
• Fill out the returns note we added to your parcel and post it back to us using any postal service, you can also download it from here.
• You’ll have to cover postal charges yourself, so make sure to mark your parcel as “returned goods” to avoid being charged additional duties ;)
• Don’t forget to ask for a tracking ID/proof of shipping to track your parcel and to have proof that you’ve sent it
• Once you have returned the items, it can take up to 28 working days maximum for us to receive the shipment and process the refund. The amount would be refunded back to your Namshi wallet or the card used for payment based on your selection while returning the items. You can check with your bank after this time.
