How can I initiate a return if I'm located in UAE?
We are proud to offer a hassle-free return policy. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Below are the steps which you need to follow to a request for a "Return" :
- Click on the ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login
- Click on ‘Click on ‘Exchange & Returns’
- Click on 'Request New Returns’
- Select the items you want to Return’
- Please choose the reason for the return
- Please ensure that the selected address is accurate for the pickup.
- Click on 'Submit Returns Request'
- Our courier will collect the original item(s) within 48 to 72 hours, Once the item is collected it will be delivered to the warehouse within 2-3 Days
How can I receive the Refund?
If the order was paid using a bank account :
- The refund for the returned items will be processed to the same bank account. Once the item is returned to the warehouse and scanned, the amount will be credited to the Namshi wallet.
- If the amount is not used within 24 hours, the system will automatically transfer it to the customer's bank account.
- Please note that the transfer proceeds will take 5-7 working days to be received in the customer's bank account.
If the order is paid using Tabby or Tamara:
- The refund for the returned items will be processed back to the same payment method (Tabby, Tamara).
- Once the item is returned to the warehouse and scanned, the amount will be transferred directly to the same payment method (Tabby, Tamara), bypassing the customer's wallet.
- Please note that the amount might take 24 hours to be received in the Tabby or Tamara account.
If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery or the Namshi Wallet:
1. The amount will be credited to the Namshi Wallet.
2. This process occurs once the item is returned to the warehouse and scanned.
