How can I initiate a exchange if I'm located in UAE?

How to exchange the product?

  • You will need to create a new exchange request (exchange is available for the same product/item) with the same or different size. With our new exchange process, now you can get your exchanged order at the time of pickup.
  • The exchange option is available only once. In case you have already initiated an exchange and received the same or new size, the option for exchange will not be available again for the item. However, the return option will remain available

Below are the steps that you need to follow to submit a request for a 'size change’:

• Click on ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login.

• Click on ‘Click on ‘Exchange & Returns’.

• Click on 'Request New Exchange'.

• Select the items you want to exchange.

• Choose the size you prefer.

• Please ensure that the selected pickup address is accurate.

• Click on 'Submit exchange request'.

When should I expect to receive the new item?

  • Our courier will collect the item(s) within 24 to 48 hours and deliver the new item at the time of the pickup. 

  • In case you want to exchange an item from the following brands (Defacto, Koton, Trendyol), kindly consider the following :

please note that the new item will be prepared by the supplier and delivered to our warehouse within
10-12  working days. Once the item reaches our warehouse, the new item(s) will be shipped, and the courier will pick up and deliver the new item at the same time.
