What is the process of calculating / receiving the commission?

The finance department is in charge of calculating the commission according to the rules outlined in the commission structure and paying it directly to the partner.

The Namshi team goes through order verification process which may include cancellations or returns by the customer. In case of order cancellation, we will only deduct the sale commission. The application download commission will not be deducted and that is to ensure rewarding our partners.

Wire Transfer (which is the primary verified means for transferring commission  or PayPal

 

When are they received?

Commission is automatically transferred within 3 to 7 months. You are not required to communicate with Namshi in order to receive your commission.  The transfer requires a minimum of $ 100.
