How can I track my order?

GCC & KSA:

When your order is shipped you will receive an SMS and an Email with your shipment details. These messages will contain your Airway Bill Number which will be a string of numbers e.g. 3992789952. This shipment number can be used to track your shipment across Aramex.

 

You can use this number to track your shipment in the following ways:

Mobile-

SMS your (awb) to 097272639 (Kuwait only)

Online

Visit www.aramex.com and enter your (awb) in the box. You can use this method to track multiple shipments as well.
