If I’m not happy with my order, do I get a refund and get my money back?

For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on credit/debit card and/or PayPal.

If you paid for your order via a credit/debit card, you can return items to Namshi and also ask for a refund to your credit/debit card.

Just log into your Namshi Account and create a return request within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Make sure that the products are unused along with the packaging (Plastic Bag or Brand Box), and original tag(s) still attached.

You can choose whether you want your money refunded as Namshi Credit or back to your credit/debit card and you’re done!

If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your Namshi wallet which you can use it to place a new order or you can transfer the credit to your bank account by contacting us, and after sharing your bank details, then the amount should reflect in your bank account within 10 - 14 days.


If you have paid by MADA Debit/Credit card (only for KSA Customers); you can return the items to Namshi and the refund would be posted as Namshi credit in your official Namshi Wallet, and you can ask for bank transfer which will take 10 - 14 days from the date you shared the bank details.
