If I’m not happy with my order, do I get a refund and get my money back?

 

For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on credit/debit cards, and Tabby/Tamara

 

  • Just log into your Namshi Account and create a return request within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Make sure that the products are unused along with the packaging (Plastic Bag or Brand Box), and the original tag(s) still attached.

  • If you paid your order using a credit/debit card, the refunded amount will be credited to your Namshi wallet within 24 hours. If the credited amount remains unused after 24 hours, it will be automatically transferred back to the original credit/debit card. The transfer process will take 5-7 business days.

  • If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your Namshi wallet. You can use this credit to place a new order, or you have the option to transfer the credit to your bank account through self-service. The refunded amount should be reflected in your bank account within 5-7 business days
