How can I return an item?

At Namshi, we are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within the GCC. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Below are the steps which you need to follow to request for a "return":

IOS/Android/Website:

  • Click on ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login
  • Click on ‘My Returns’
  • Click 'Create new return' and select the items you want to return
  • Click on 'Proceed' and enter your address, reason for return and whether you want Namshi Credit or a credit / debit card refund (credit / debit card refund is only applicable if you paid for your items using a credit / debit card)
  • Our courier will collect the items from you within 1-2 days
  • Once the item is picked up, we will refund the amount as Namshi credit within 48 hours (if the shipping country is not KSA) and within 48 to 72 hours (if the shipping country is KSA). 

 

Below are the steps which you need to follow if you were unable to create a return request:

Return / Exchange Process for UAE

  • You need to inform us about the item which you wish to return through emailing us at service@namshi.com or calling us on our toll-free number at 800 626744 to initiate the return process.
  • We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days.
  • Your credit will reflect back automatically 48 hours after the item is collected back.
  • You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item you would like. 

Return / Exchange Process for GCC and KSA

  • Your credit will reflect back automatically within 48 to 72 hours after the item is collected back.
  • You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item you would like.

Return / Exchange Process for the Rest of the World

  • Fill out the returns note we added to your parcel and post it back to us using any postal service.
  • You’ll have to cover postal charges yourself, so make sure to mark your parcel as “returned goods” to avoid being charged additional duties ;)
  • Don’t forget to ask for a tracking ID / proof of shipping to track your parcel and to have proof that you’ve sent it.
  • Once you have returned the items, it can take up to 28 working days maximum for us to receive the shipment and process the refund. The amount would be refunded back to your Namshi wallet or the card used for payment based on your selection while returning the items. You can check with your bank after this time.

Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:

  1. Return/Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
  3. It should also be in the same brand box you received.

Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.
