How can I return an item?
We are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within the GCC. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Below are the steps which you need to follow to a request for a "return":
IOS/Android/Website:
- Click on ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login
- Click on ‘My Returns’
- Click 'Create new return' and select the items you want to return
- Click on 'Proceed' and enter your address, the reason for return and whether you want Namshi Credit or a credit/debit card refund (credit/debit card refund is only applicable if you paid for your items using a credit/debit card)
- Our courier will collect the items from you within 1-2 days
- Once the item is picked up, we will refund the amount as Namshi credit within 48 hours (if the
- shipping country is UAE) and within 5 to 7 days (if the shipping country is KSA & the rest of GCC).

If you have paid by MADA Debit/Credit card (only for KSA Customers); you can return the items to Namshi and the refund would be posted as Namshi credit in your Namshi wallet.
Below are the steps which you need to follow if you were unable to create a return request:
Return / Exchange Process for UAE
- To initiate the return process of the item which you wish to return, you can contact us via phone on +971 800 626744 or visit our Help Centre or contact us by creating a ticket. You can also live chat with us 24 hours by clicking on the right bottom-hand corner of your device/desktop browser.
- We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days.
- Your credit will reflect back automatically 48 hours after the item is collected back.
- You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item you would like.

Return / Exchange Process for the Rest of the World
- Fill out the returns note we added to your parcel and post it back to us using any postal service.
- You can also download the return form from here.
- You’ll have to cover postal charges yourself, so make sure to mark your parcel as “returned goods” to avoid being charged additional duties.
- Don’t forget to ask for a tracking ID/proof of shipping to track your parcel and to have proof that you’ve sent it.
- Once you have returned the items, it can take up to 28 working days maximum for us to receive the shipment and process the refund. The amount would be refunded back to your Namshi wallet or the card used for payment based on your selection while returning the items. You can check with your bank after this time.
Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
- Return/Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The item should be in good condition and not used along with the original tag.
- It should also be in the same brand box you received.
Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.
