How can I return an item?
At Namshi, we are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within the GCC. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Below are the steps which you need to follow to request for a "return":
Click on ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login
Click on ‘My Returns’
Click 'Create new return' and select the items you want to return
Click on 'Proceed' and enter your address, and reason for return
Our courier will collect the items from you within 1-2 days
Once the item is picked up, we will refund the amount as Namshi credit within 48 hours (if the shipping country is not KSA) and within 48 to 72 hours (if the shipping country is KSA).
Below are the steps which you need to follow if you were unable to create a return request:
Return / Exchange Process for UAE & GCC
- Customer needs to inform us about the item which he wishes to return through emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on our toll-free number at 800 626744 to initiate the return process
- We will inform our courier to pick up the item from his doorstep within 2 working days
- Customer’s credit will reflect back automatically 48 hours after the item is collected back.
- The customer can use his/her credit to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item he would like.
Return / Exchange Process for KSA
Inform customer that we will send the return AWB to his email address:
- Print the Return AWB that will be sent
- The customer can either call Aramex to have his item be collected OR drop the item to the nearest Aramex Branch with the printed return AWB.
- Customer’s credit will reflect back automatically within 48 to 72 hours after the item is collected back.
- He can use his credit to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item he would like.
Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
1- Return/Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2- Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
3- It should also be in the same brand box you received.
Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.
