I don't want to receive my order, what should I do?

You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you've received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order. After the cancellation is complete, your Namshi credit will be added to your account for the same value as your returned items. To arrange a cancellation, please follow the below steps:

 

IOS:

  • Click on ‘My Namshi’ in the tab bar and login
  • Select ‘My Orders
  • Select 'Cancel Items'
  • Add the reason for cancelling your order
  • Click 'Yes', you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

 

Android:

  • Click on ‘My Namshi’ in the menu and login
  • Select ‘My Orders
  • Select 'Cancel Items'
  • Add the reason for cancelling your order
  • Click 'Yes', you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

 

Website:

  • Click on ‘My Namshi’ in the tab bar and login
  • Select ‘My Orders
  • Select 'Cancel Items'
  • Add the reason for cancelling your order
  • Click 'Yes', you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation via email.
