What are your charges for delivery/cash on delivery?

UAE:

Delivery in the UAE is free of charge on all orders above AED 150.

For orders below AED 150, we will charge you a small shipping fee of AED 12. If the value of your order is under AED 150 and you choose cash on delivery as your mode of payment, your total charge will be the order value plus AED 27 (AED 12 shipping fee + AED 15 COD fee). Credit/ Debit card and PayPal are free payment options.

We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery but we have to pay our courier an extra fee for all cash on delivery (COD) orders. Hence an extra COD charge of AED 15 is added only when you choose cash as your method of payment. There are no extra fees if you use a credit card, PayPal or Namshi Credit.

Note:- We now have an option for our UAE customers to also pay by card at the time of delivery.

Card on Delivery

• You can also choose to pay by credit/debit card at your doorstep if you have opted for the "Pay at Delivery" payment method at the checkout while placing an order.
• The same charges associated with Cash on delivery - AED 15 are also applicable if you choose to pay by card at your doorstep.
• Card machines are subject to availability so choosing the option "Pay at Delivery" does not guarantee that you will always be able to pay by card at your doorstep.

 

KSA:

For orders over SAR 200, delivery is free of charge. For orders under SAR 200, delivery charge is SAR 30. If your order is under SAR 200 and you choose cash on delivery (COD charges  = 34SAR) as your payment option, your total charge will be SAR 64, as we charge additionally for this payment method. Credit Card and PayPal are free payment options.

For orders valued over of country, Kuwait: 30 KWD, Qatar: 350 QAR, Bahrain: 35 BHD, Oman: 35 OMR, delivery is free of charge. For orders valued under of country, Kuwait: 30 KWD, Qatar: 350 QAR, Bahrain: 35 BHD, Oman: 35 OMR, the delivery charge is USD 8. If your order is under USD 54 and you choose cash on delivery (COD charges = 9 USD) as your payment option, your total charge will be USD 17, as we charge additionally for this payment method. Credit Card and PayPal are free payment options. As long as your order amount is more than USD 54, no extra fee will be payable.

 

Rest of the world:

For orders over USD 300, delivery is free of charge. For orders below USD 300, shipping fees will be 50 USD. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
