How long will my shipment stay inside the locker?

The shipment will be available for pick up for 5 days after the day of delivery. You can view exactly how much time you have left in the Orders tab. If the shipment is not picked up in this timeframe, it will be returned to us. If you used Namshi wallet credits to pay for the item(s) the amount shall be refunded as namshi wallet credits within 24 hours. If you used your card to pay for the item(s) and your account refund preference is set to card refund, the amount shall be refunded to your card within 48 hours. The amount may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending upon the issuing bank. However, if you used a combination of card and Namshi wallet credits to pay for the item(s) the amounts would be refunded to their respective payment source.
