How long will my shipment stay inside the locker?

No worries, you've got 5 days to pick up your shipment after it's delivered! To keep track, just check the Orders tab for the exact time left. If, for some reason, you can't make it in time, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse, and here's what will happen:

Namshi Wallet Payment: If you used Namshi wallet credits, we'll refund the amount as Namshi wallet credits within 24 hours.

Card Payment: If your card was the payment hero, once the shipment is received in our warehouse, the amount will be credited to your Namshi wallet, and it will remain for 24 hours. If the amount is not used within this timeframe, it will be transferred to your bank account within 5-7 business days.

Card Payment and Namshi Wallet: If you use a combination of card and Namshi wallet credits, the full amount will be credited to your Namshi wallet, and it will follow the same scenario mentioned above
