How do I pick up my shipment when I am at the locker?

To pick up your package at a locker, do one of the following:

To use your pin:

• We will send you the unique locker pin via email/SMS once the shipment is placed in the locker. 
• Go to the locker location selected as indicated in the SMS/ e-mail (within a maximum of 5 days) to collect your shipment.
• Enter your code on the locker’s screen.
