How can I get a copy of my invoice?

Just login to your Namshi account from your browser, and hit the 'Download invoice' button next to your order to get a PDF copy. You will need a PDF viewer like Acrobat to view the invoice properly.

If you placed your order as a guest, we create an account for you with a temporary password. To access your account, go to ‘My Account’, select ‘Login’ and click on ‘Forgot your Password?’ A password reset email will be sent to you so you can set a password of your choice.

The password reset link emailed to you expires in 4 hours, so use it to update your password as soon as you receive it!

You would then be able to access your account and download your invoice.
